Russian Defence Minister of the Sergei Shoigu is deal with the question of the necessity of creating a Special Operations Command (KSO) in Russia.

Russian Defence Ministry told Izvestia that the developers of the project for this command are in the process of obtaining a meeting with Shoigu.
